includes a bold orange stripe and brighter blue than the Network South East
version.

Classic Southern Region 4-CEP's are still in regular use on Waterloo to Portsmouth
services. On 21 April 2001 1612 heads the Portsmouth service from Guildford.

A class 60 photographed on a fine summers day in 1996, when I was working with UNILEVER
near Bedford. At this time, privatisation was still in it's infancy, so there weren't
any tangerine and teal IC125's on the Midland Main Line.
